Waving the Bloody Shirt

Running has begun to take a toll on my body.   I lost a toe nail and my back to back 9 mile runs caused me to rub a nipple raw.  It was a little embarrassing to be running through the streets of Chicago with blood all over my shirt.  If it was New Orleans, no one would have noticed.  Wednesday I went North of the lake and Thursday I went south.  The run north reminded me of the LSU Lakes and there were tons of people my age out.  The run south was void of people probably because it was raining), but I did pass the Shedd Aquarium, The Adler Planetarium, Soldier Field, and the Chicago Yacht Club.  I mapped out both of my routes using Map my Run.
